4. Meet installation supervisor to review the installation prior to commencement (pre installation)
5. Co-ordinate installation date with Quest
6. Post installation Meeting with Quest Representative

• Mail CGC form- completed and provided by Quest Geothermal
• Receive confirmation of acceptance and sticker from CGC
• Perform second part of home ecoENERGY audit
• Receive rebate cheque for up to $4375 from the Ontario Government
